The nine-storey development of Laventeli is located in Asola, Vantaa. In Laventeli, the square meters have been put to efficient use. Convenient location by the main railway
Asola in Vantaa is a cosy neighbourhood with good connections and comprehensive set of services nearby. The Rekola railway station is less than 500 meters away, and during weekdays the trains run to both directions in every 10 minutes. The train to Tikkurila takes only about 10 minutes, and you can reach central Helsinki in half an hour. Laventeli’s location by Asolanväylä also ensures easy access to the main roads. The trip to the airport takes about 15 minutes by car and less than half an hour by public transport.
There are several day-care centres and elementary schools nearby. The Koivukylä secondary school and high school are about two kilometres away. The Peijas hospital is within a walking distance.
Less than 2 kilometres away, in Koivukylä, there are plenty of shops and grocery stores as well as a library. You can also go north to Korso, where there is a wide range on shops, restaurants, banks and other services.
For sports enthusiasts there are plenty of options in the region. Within a few kilometres there are several alight jogging tracks and outdoor sports facilities. The Rekola skateboard park and dog park are a kilometre away, and the Elmo sports park is planned to be built right next to Laventeli.
The development is built on leasehold land, owned by the congregations of Vantaa and Helsinki. The residents cannot pay off their apartment's share of the plot at once – the rent will be paid as a monthly fee (included in the maintenance fee).

The apartments of Laventeli are equipped with high-quality materials and appliances. The kitchens are equipped with a ceramic cooker, an integrated oven, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. In larger apartments there are two fridges. All apartments feature parquet floors and a glazed balcony.
