Many apartments will feature great views to the Rantapuisto park and Tuusulanjärvi lake. The beautiful green park Rantapuisto is only steps away.
The planning of the apartments continues
We had a questionnaire on our website and asked what kind of apartments people would like to see in the Joutsen development. Thank you for your valuable opinions! The planning of the Joutsen apartments is in good speed, and we have done our best to take your wishes into account. The pre-marketing starts approximately in April-May. Please see the photo carousel for the preliminary apartment types and estimated prices.
Half of the respondents preferred apartments with 70–90 m2, a quarter wished for 40–65 m2 apartments and a few were interested in sizes 90–120 m2. This outcome has been the basis of the planning.
Two things were on top of the wish list: great views and large balconies. We are happy to say that all the balconies are planned to face the park side, towards the lake. There will also be apartments with windows in three directions, roof terrace apartments as well as homes featuring apartment-wide balconies. Sufficient storage was also one of the things people asked for. Some apartments will feature walk-in closets.
Attractive small city of Järvenpää
Järvenpää and the Tuusulanjärvi lake play a significant role in the cultural history of Finland, and amongst other things the city is know as the home of the famous composer Jean Sibelius. Music is a part of Järvenpää residents' lives in many ways: the annual blues festival PuistoBlues is an essential event of summer for many locals and other music enthusiasts. There is also a musical ring to the name of the large sculpture Kolmisointu ("common chord"), located in Rantapuisto. There are a lot of attractions in and around Rantapuisto: restaurants, cafes, skateboard park, Tervanokka beach etc.
The growing city of Järvenpää is one of the most sought-after locations in the metropolitan area. The main railroad provides easy access to Helsinki, however you can find all the necessary services of everyday life in Järvenpää as well.
